Welcome to STRAFFIC MEDIA. By participating in our Affiliate Program, you agree to comply with these Terms & Services (“Terms”). We maintain a transparent, ethical, and secure affiliate environment.
1.1. You must submit accurate, complete, and genuine information during registration.
1.2. STRAFFIC MEDIA reserves full rights to approve or reject applications.
1.3. False or fraudulent information results in termination.
All promotional activities must be carried out ethically and professionally, strictly avoiding bots, fake traffic, fraud, misleading ads, or forced clicks. Affiliates must ensure honest representation at all times, follow all platform and legal guidelines, and use any brand name, logo, or creative material only with prior approval.
Commissions shall be payable exclusively for verified and legitimate conversions. Any activity deemed fraudulent shall result in the immediate forfeiture of commissions, and all payouts shall be processed only upon the attainment of the stipulated minimum threshold.
Payments can be made via Wire Transfer, ACH, Paxum, or other supported methods, with cycles occurring weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly, and all applicable taxes and fees shall be the responsibility of the affiliate.
All data is handled responsibly with strict privacy measures to ensure the protection of personal and sensitive information. Unauthorized sharing, access, or misuse of data is strictly prohibited. All information is stored securely in compliance with industry-standard confidentiality and encryption practices, and regular audits are conducted to maintain the highest levels of security and data integrity.
All creatives, assets, and content are the exclusive property of STRAFFIC MEDIA and may be used solely for approved promotional purposes in accordance with the company’s guidelines.
The use of bots, generation of fake leads, fraudulent practices, misleading or harmful promotions, engagement with adult or illegal platforms, cookie stuffing, and misuse of the brand are strictly prohibited.
STRAFFIC MEDIA reserves the right to immediately terminate any account for fraudulent activity, policy violations, or prolonged inactivity, with forfeiture of any pending commissions or payouts.
We uphold transparency, fairness, and integrity in all partnerships by enforcing strict monitoring, verification, and compliance standards.
Updates may occur; continued usage means acceptance.
